Versatile Bootcamps are an outdoor fitness class typically done in a circuit format. Versatile Bootcamps are run by Nick currently at 2 different venues: Highworth, and Stanford in the Vale. And more sites are to be added soon.
Every week is different! Nick writes a new plan each week meaning that clients are continually learning new exercises, layouts and ideas, not getting bored and never knowing what to expect. The bootcamps are NOT military style; they are hard but fun and social and we all have a laugh. After all exercise is supposed to be fun, right? Versatile Bootcamps caters for all abilities from experienced and elite to amateur. Nick will adapt exercises where needed, correcting everyone as we go. Everyone helps and encourages each other it’s a team effort! Versatile Bootcamps often includes team games and competitions to add to the versatility of the sessions.
