About 'Versatile Personal Training'
Versatile Personal Training is run by Nick, who is a Freelance Personal Trainer, based in and around the surrounding areas of Swindon. Nick has a lot of experience as a Personal Trainer, and has had the opportunity to work with hundreds of clients, helping them to achieve their personal health and fitness goals.
Nick is based at The Oasis Leisure Centre in Swindon, where he delivers regular gym based Personal Training sessions.
Nick found his love of sport and exercise as a young boy playing club sports daily. Rugby and Basketball soon became Nicks passion. Nick particularly thrived on a basketball court, where he trialled at a National league basketball squad the Reading Rockets.
Due to cost, travel, injury and A-level commitments Nick turned down his offer to play for the Reading Rockets - this is where his career in health and fitness really began. During his spare time; Nick was regularly attending the gym, reading fitness and wellbeing blogs and books to gain all the knowledge he could surrounding health and fitness.
Starting as a fitness instructor, Nick progressed his own career by independently funding a Personal Training course, with Premier; the leading course provider before becoming a Self-employed Personal Trainer immediately after. And here we are today...
Nick is still a full time Self-employed Personal Trainer, as well as being the owner of three businesses: Versatile Personal Training, Versatile Bootcamps and Work Fit.
As well as being predominantly based at the Oasis, Nick also has a large number of clients who he sees in the comfort of their own home and local park areas using the vast array of equipment he provides, alongside the wealth of knowledge and experience he has gained over his time in the fitness industry. Nick offers one to one Personal Training sessions, Group Personal Training sessions and Bootcamps across a broad area. Nick has trained clients from Newbury to Highworth, to Faringdon and Wantage.
Nick has worked with a large variety of clients with diverse goals. Weight loss and muscle building are the two most common goals from Nick's client base. When you explain your goals to Nick, they immediately become his goals too. Regular check ins, nutritional consultations and food diaries along with regularly updated programmes are included in the majority of Nick's packages. This allows Nick to teach clients how to change their lifestyle for the long term rather than for quick fix results. Nick helps you to control all variables which could positively or negatively affect your goals and will educate you on how to overcome them along your fitness journey.
